Location: Brooklyn, NY

Job Position: Site Manager, Cardiology

Rendr is seeking a full-time Site Manager in the Cardiology division. The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in the Cardiology offices.

Essential Functions:

  • Leads the hiring process, new employee integration, performance management, and employee development of the front office/desk and non-provider clinical team.
  • Collaborates with regional leadership on strategic, staffing, and succession plans.
  • Focuses on day-to-day operations in the Cardiology division including optimizing cardiology procedures, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and office equipment; continuously monitors to ensure objectives, goals, and OKRs are achieved creating and implementing modified processes/action plans as needed.
  • Schedules and sets the agenda for practice huddles and meetings; develops communication plans.
  • Collaborates with and supports practice providers ensuring practice operations are supportive of optimal patient care.
  • Collaborates with OHA, implementing required protocols, to ensure employee and patient safety.  Leads accreditation and other inspection preparation
  • Maintains compliance with licensure, equipment inspections, etc.; coordinates interdepartmentally to renew certificates, licenses, and accreditations.
  • Identifies and participates in community events for practice promotion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practice, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more direct reports
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, MDLand is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Adept at building relationships

  • Highly proficient in training and mentoring
  • Leads by example and with integrity
