Job Overview:

A Site Manager is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in a medical office environment and building community relations to increase patient referrals.

Essential Functions:

  • Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, medical records, billing, data entry and processing, and cash posting.
  • Coordination of the day-to-day operations of the practice.
  • Trains a productive medical office team and conducts performance reviews.
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal departments at Rendr.
  • Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice and maintains staff records.
  • Orders medical and office supplies.
  • Ensures patient satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot complaints and develop process improvements to prevent recurrences.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community, including patients, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practices, physicians, and referring healthcare providers to promote our biopsy and imaging services.
  • Work to increase patient referrals by promoting to medical professionals about our biopsy and imaging department's capabilities, quality of care, and patient benefits.
  • Provide regular reports on community relations efforts and referral data to department leadership.
  • Other tasks as needed per practice.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five (5) or more years in front office experience in a medical practice, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role or equivalent experience in a Radiology office setting
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, MDLand is a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
