Job Overview:
The Process Improvement Analyst will support the Transformation Team’s projects and initiatives. The Analyst will primarily be responsible for data management, monitoring and the internal coordination of projects. In addition, the Analyst will assist in the scoping and ROI analysis of new projects.
Essential Functions:
- Manages all data related to new and ongoing projects.
- Provides key insights and actionable information including:
- PEX
- Patient Experience
- Value Based Care Transformation
- Quality
- Medical Cost Optimization
- Prepares data and presentations for review meetings.
- Provides key insights and actionable information including:
- Tracks project timelines and communicates upcoming milestones.
- Analyzes project data and reviews with key stakeholders to identify potential project delays and obstacles. Develops mitigation plans and performs all relevant notifications.
- Collaborates with the VP, Operations and Transformation to scope new projects, inclusive of ROI identification of resources required and “define and measure activities related to Lean,
- Manages patient feedback channels and the accountability structure in collaboration with site and operations management.
- Authors all related project communications in coordination with Project Specialists.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in healthcare management, statistics, or business.
- 2-4 years related to data analysis or project-based courses completed with intensive data analysis activities.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects.
- Healthcare experience, preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Relationship and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and adjust to evolving priorities.
