Job Overview:

Rendr 360 is a department of Rendr which provides centralized support to our medical practices: care management, care coordination, continuous quality improvement, etc. We are a growing division with many patient-centered projects which provide continuity of care for patients between office visits to help improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

 Essential Functions:

• Import medical records into electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Maintain appropriate records and files
• Perform day-to-day data entry functions
• Process all medical record requests in a timely manner
• Comply to applicable HIPAA compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Required.
• One year of administrative experience preferred
• Chinese speaking required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail
• EMR experience strongly preferred (ECW/ MDland)
